I also received a huge increase of spam to my inbox after I subscribed to Cloudmark.However I did receive a refund from them when I asked for it.

After installing Cloudmark I started to receive more emails than before I installed it. Wrote to them about it but no reply. Uninstalled it and within a week the number of junk emails I was receiving reduced and am receiving similar numbers as prior to installing Cloudmark.
