A first class spam solution that unfortunately seems to have died recently. Its combination of blacklist, whitelist and mustlist allow you to ensure free passage (or the opposite) of much of your mail, leaving the rest to the spam filtering which has optional modules.
It works remotely on a server cleaning up your email every 5 minutes or more (selectable) before you download it, and keeps the filtered out spam for review with a searchable cache to find the false positives.
False positives can be forwarded from the cache to appear in the original destination mailbox. Also identifies and stops many viruses.

This service came recommended to me. But it is horrible. I like the idea of catching spam at the server, as it prevent my blackberry from getting clogged. But it has so many problems. Some mail which is flagged as spam really isn't. That is not unusual, but sometimes it destroys the email in a way where I can not get the emailers address. I have lost business because of this. The software also goes down often. Bottom line: it stinks.
